Project Description:
Renovation and expansion of an existing ±534 m² industrial facility into a purpose-built prep shop. Scope included demolition of a Quonset garage, new openings in the exterior wall, interior break rooms, and integration of a vehicle hoist. Sitework met city standards with EV charging, fire-truck-rated paving, and communications upgrades.
